Persyaratan :

Minimum gelar Sarjana Teknik di Teknik Kimia
Pengalaman setidaknya 5 tahun sebagai rekayasa proses FEED / EPC Oil and Gas Proyek / Petrokimia
Memiliki pengalaman mendalam dalam Panas dan Material Balance Pembangunan ( HMB ) , Process Flow Diagram ( PFD ) , dan Utilitas Flow Diagram ( UFD ) , Piping dan Instrument Diagram ( P & ID ) , penyusunan lembar data proses untuk peralatan dan sistem utilitas yang diperlukan . Ini juga akan menjadi penting untuk memiliki kompetensi yang kuat dalam semua aspek keselamatan desain proses dan khususnya pengembangan flare , lega dan blow -down sistem

Senior Project Manager
Main responsibilities:

Manage the day to day administrative tasks for projects, such as: status reporting, project communications, project meeting planning and facilitation, team member role planning and tracking, contractor management, risk management and project issue resolution.
Deputize for the General Manager Supply Base Business Unit
Guide and assist other Project Managers and team members
Coordinate systems installation and upgrades, define project requirements including business analysis information and data needs.
Responsible for reinforcing and promoting in the business the agreed project management methodology.
Develop, plan, analyze, evaluate and assign priorities to deliverables and requirements.
Responsible for delivering weekly project reporting on overall programed progress, individual project status, resource availability, and project budgets.
Responsible for producing post-delivery project reviews to ensure ROI assessment is being completed effectively, and feeding project learning’s back to the various business units .
Work closely with the operations team, business units and clients to ensure successful and timely delivery of projects to budget.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 10 years experience in Project Management and/or Logistics and /or Supply Chain
Fluent in English
Able to understand concepts quickly
Practical and resourceful with a can-do attitude
Able to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders, including Government departments

Vacant Position] Base Manager

Base Manager

Main responsibilities:

Manage and set up the drilling/production supply base. Assist in the development of term and conditions and minimum technical requirements and specifications for supply base facilities, operations and personnel.
Manage the supply base logistics procedures manual complete with all process, templates and forms to conduct the full range of air, marine and personnel logistics for the exploration drilling campaign. This procedures manual will also from the basis of any future appraisal and development operations.
Manage all necessary marine services that will be required in support of drilling/production activities.
Manage helicopter services for the transport of personnel to and from the rig.
Assist in developing the team’s safety and loss prevention philosophy and procedures manual for all logistics operations.
If required manage and plan all drilling logistics on a daily, weekly, monthly and per well basis to ensure that the rig is fully supported and has the necessary materials, equipment and personnel on location when they are required.
Supervise all supply base operations. Management of supply base and port contractor(s) to ensure smooth, trouble-free and safe operations.
Ensure the efficient and cost effective return of all relevant equipment and personnel.
Manage all personnel movements to and from the rig and within country where necessary.
Inventory and track all equipment and materials throughout the drilling/production campaign.
Conduct end-of campaign audit an materials reconciliation.
Conduct contractor performance reviews.
Review all logistics service providers invoice and ensure they are correct and as per the contract. Sign off on invoices
Review and approve Monthly Budget Request, Petty Cash Report, Monthly Draft Invoice, Time Sheet, Usage Report prepared by Admin
Participate in accident prevention activity and report if any accident exists
Comply with Quality, Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental current legislation and with other current requirements


Qualifications:

Male
Diploma/Bachelor degree
Having 5-10 years experience
A good team player
Fluent in English
Computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word) : Good
Logistics and Project Management knowledge in oil and gas industry
Exposure to EPC environments

· Must have Rigging/Slinging Safety Course, Marine Transport Operations Course, Safety Course (Emergency Response, Fire Fighting, Chemical Safety, First Aid)
