Environmental Specialist (Environmental Management for Infrastucture Projects)

Requirement:

Excellent problem-solving skills to ensure compliance through creative solutions within an active construction work environment.
Experience working successfully with heavy civil design and construction teams.
Experience obtaining permits, licenses, and approvals from local, provincial, and federal authorities in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Understanding of pertinent environmental legislation, regulations, and guidance documents to ensure and/or enforce project-specific compliance.
Ability to interpret and provide environmental inputs to detailed engineering drawings.
Excellent communication (verbal and technical writing) skills.
Comfortable issuing stop-work orders and independently implementing controls necessary to protect the environment during non-compliance events.

Education and Experience:

Biological Techology, Biological Science, or Physics Engineering in environmental sciences, and at least five years of experience managing environmental aspects of infrastructure development projects.
Experience interpreting and working with federal and provincial environmental regulatory and permitting requirements associated with infrastructure development projects (National & International), especially those required by the International Financial Institutions such as the World Bank, ADB, IFC etc.
Experience working in large, multi-disciplinary teams is essential.
Experience managing a range of environmental disciplines (air quality, noise, surface and groundwater quality, soils, vegetation, fish and fish habitat, contaminated sites, archaeology, First Nations, etc.) is an asset.
Experience operating in a dynamic consulting environment that requires flexibility and teamwork.

Project Development Staff

Requirements :

Maximum 30 years old
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Project Management from reputable university
Having minimum 3-5 years experience in similar position particularly in Government Project / State Owned Company / Multi National Company / Multi Lateral Organization
Having ability to collaborate with external parties (Debtor, external consultant, etc)
Experienced in the construction of infrastructure project
Having good experience in all activities of the procurement process
Having good knowledge in government procurement regulations and e-procurement best practices
Having good experience in planning / construction / operation of transportation project
Having good knowledge in transportation demand / revenue modelling airport operation or data collection is an advantage
Having good project management skills
Having knowledge and experience related to public private partnership

Job Description :

Improve the system finance & accounting, full set of finance & accounting function, documenting accounting policy based on PSAK.

Controlling account receivable from costumers, and controlling payable for suppliers.
Signing invoicing documents and tax invoice.
Reporting & analysis of financial statements; balance sheet, profit and loss, stockholders equity, and cash flow, and forecasting monthly billing.
Controlling and Reviewing taxes monthly and yearly by E-SPT program; VAT, Pph art.21, art.22 import (if any), art.23, art.4(2) final, holding company tax; art.25, art.29, etc.
Handling tax audit (if any) of financial reporting Indonesian taxes & filling of income tax return for taxes government yearly.
Managing & supervising and coaching staff & responsibility all activities finance, accounting, and tax department.

Base Manager

Main responsibilities:

Manage and set up the drilling/production supply base. Assist in the development of term and conditions and minimum technical requirements and specifications for supply base facilities, operations and personnel.
Manage the supply base logistics procedures manual complete with all process, templates and forms to conduct the full range of air, marine and personnel logistics for the exploration drilling campaign. This procedures manual will also from the basis of any future appraisal and development operations.
Manage all necessary marine services that will be required in support of drilling/production activities.
Manage helicopter services for the transport of personnel to and from the rig.
Assist in developing the team’s safety and loss prevention philosophy and procedures manual for all logistics operations.
If required manage and plan all drilling logistics on a daily, weekly, monthly and per well basis to ensure that the rig is fully supported and has the necessary materials, equipment and personnel on location when they are required.
Supervise all supply base operations. Management of supply base and port contractor(s) to ensure smooth, trouble-free and safe operations.
Ensure the efficient and cost effective return of all relevant equipment and personnel.
Manage all personnel movements to and from the rig and within country where necessary.
Inventory and track all equipment and materials throughout the drilling/production campaign.
Conduct end-of campaign audit an materials reconciliation.
Conduct contractor performance reviews.
Review all logistics service providers invoice and ensure they are correct and as per the contract. Sign off on invoices
Review and approve Monthly Budget Request, Petty Cash Report, Monthly Draft Invoice, Time Sheet, Usage Report prepared by Admin
Participate in accident prevention activity and report if any accident exists
Comply with Quality, Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental current legislation and with other current requirements


Qualifications:

Male
Diploma/Bachelor degree
Having 5-10 years experience
A good team player
Fluent in English
Computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word) : Good
Logistics and Project Management knowledge in oil and gas industry
Exposure to EPC environments
