Lowongan Finance Accounting Tax Manager

Finance, Accounting and Tax Manager

Scope of Work:
1. Improve the system of finance & accounting, finance & accounting full set of functions, create charts of accounts, and accounting policy based on PSAK and design of source document: invoice, tax invoice, sales contract, delivery order, cash/bank in, cash/bank out, cost shipment card, stock card, stock list etc.
2. Approval transaction journal: petty cash, bank in, bank out, selling puchasing, adjusment, etc and audited account.
3. Controlling & collect account receivable from costumers, and controlling & payment account payable for suppliers.
4. Managing & controlling cash flow, cash management system by internet banking, and budgeting expenses monthly.
5. Reporting cost shipment analysis & recommendation statement, and controlling & reporting half of month.
6. Reporting cost shipment analysis of financial statements: balance sheet, profit and loss, stocholers equity, and cash flow, and forecasting of condition proforma financial company future.
7. Provide external audit of financial reporting by Public Accountant Registered.
8. Reporting taxes monthly and yearly by E-Spt program: VAT, Pph, holding company tax etc.
9. Provide tax audit of financial reporting Indonesian taxes & filling of income tax return for taxes government yearly.
10. Managing & supervising staff and responsibility all activities finance, accounting and tax.
11. Create SOP Finance Accounting Tax
12. SKP PPH Badan Case Tax Government Justice.

Vacant Position Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager
Main responsibilities:

Manage the day to day administrative tasks for projects, such as: status reporting, project communications, project meeting planning and facilitation, team member role planning and tracking, contractor management, risk management and project issue resolution.
Deputize for the General Manager Supply Base Business Unit
Guide and assist other Project Managers and team members
Coordinate systems installation and upgrades, define project requirements including business analysis information and data needs.
Responsible for reinforcing and promoting in the business the agreed project management methodology.
Develop, plan, analyze, evaluate and assign priorities to deliverables and requirements.
Responsible for delivering weekly project reporting on overall programed progress, individual project status, resource availability, and project budgets.
Responsible for producing post-delivery project reviews to ensure ROI assessment is being completed effectively, and feeding project learning’s back to the various business units .
Work closely with the operations team, business units and clients to ensure successful and timely delivery of projects to budget.

Qualifications:

Male/Female.
Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 10 years experience in Project Management and/or Logistics and /or Supply Chain
Fluent in English
Able to understand concepts quickly
Practical and resourceful with a can-do attitude
Able to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders, including Government departments
Negotiation Skills
Good Organization and management abilities.
Commercially aware.
Diplomatic.
Well motivated self-starter and able to motivate team members and others.
Responsible with gravitas.
Polite, articulate and professional with a positive attitude.
