Tanggung Jawab:

1. Melaksanakan dan memastikan proses seleksi calon karyawan berjalan sesuai jadwal.

2. Membuat dan memonitor kontrak kerja karyawan.

3. Melakukan orientasi terhadap karyawan baru.

4. Melakukan pendokumentasian terkait dengan administrasi kekaryawanan.

5. Memonitor program training karyawan.

Kualifikasi:

a. Pendidikan minimal S1, jurusan: psikologi, administrasi, hukum atau hukum.

b. Usia maksimal 25 - 30 tahun.

c. Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai rekruter.

d. Mampu melakukan depth interview dan kemampuan analisa yang baik.

e. Dapat mengoperasikan Microsoft Office dan internet.

f. Mampu untuk membuat dan melakukan presentasi.

Deskripsi pekerjaan :

Menjual produk ke toko-toko ukuran menengah, seperti : pasar tradisional, Kantin, dll
Menangani persediaan produk : menaikan/ menurunkan stok ke/ dari mobil, menjaga keamanan stok selama di mobil dan membantu memeriksa jumlah stok dan kerapihan display produk di tiap outlet.
Menyiapkan dan merawat mobil
Menangani tugas administratif, seperti mengisi Kartu Langganan, Kartu Penjualan dan lain-lain untuk memudahkan Salesman dalam melaksanakan tanggung jawab administratifnya

Kualifikasi :

Laki-laki, Max. 27 tahun
Pendidikan minimal D3 atau min semester 6 untuk S1, semua jurusan
Menyukai pekerjaan dengan mobilitas tinggi
Dapat bekerja dengan target
Penempatan untuk di cabang Barat (Daan Mogot, Tangerang)

Vacant Position] Operation Support Administration, Location: (Merak & Bengkulu)

Operation Support Administration
Location: (Merak & Bengkulu)


Main responsibilities:

Prepare and report for transaction for petty cash report
Prepare and report for monthly draft invoice
Prepare monthly budget request
Issue cash to Base Manager for local purchasing as approved by jakarta
Prepare Job/Service request to vendor
Prepare and check time sheet and report
Check and review vendor quotation, SO/PO and invoice
Prepare Daily Activity report to be checked and reviewed by Base manager
Prepare and record daily toolbox meeting, personnel on board, minutes of meeting
Maintain office filling system
Maintain and update list of asset, employee , rental equipment ,facility
Planning and ordering hotels, airline tickets for official business trips
Assist base manager and project manager in correspondence and liaison with client and subcontractor
Participate in accident prevention activity and report if any accident exists
Comply with quality ,occupational safety, health and environmental current legislation and with other current requirements



Qualifications:

Male
Maximum age 28years old
Diploma/Bachelor degree in Business Administration
Having 2-4 years experience
A good team player
Fluent in English
Computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word) : Good
Interpersonal skills : tidy, good in numbers and detail, passion to learn
